22.1 mi, 961 ft elevation gain (44 ft/mi)
Day 9:
We take an easy, relaxed cruise into Pula, which is our last stop in the tour. While we ride inland, there are many wonderful beaches to visit along the coast once we reach Pula.
Pula, a seafront city on the tip of Croatia's Istrian Peninsula, that is known for its protected harbor, beach-lined coast and Roman ruins.
The Pula Arena is a Roman amphitheatre located in Pula, Croatia. It is the only remaining Roman amphitheatre to have four side towers entirely preserved. It was constructed between 27 BC and AD 68, and is among the world's six largest surviving Roman arenas.
Day 10:
After an overnight stay, we'll take a ferry back to Venice, which is about a 3.5 hour trip across the beautiful blue waters of the Adriatic. (More to come on this leg....)
