Today is spent winding through the countryside cycling along the Mirna River with an old Bauxite mine at mile 3, as we leave Buzet. The road is flat until mile 10 where we start our ascent, which passed through the town of Motovun, which features Roxanich Winery (mile 12), then track the top for the ridge for 17 miles,  before reaching the Lim Fjord Panorama Point, cycling alongside the western tip of the Limski Canal and heading into Rovinj, situated on the north Adriatic Sea, at the end of the last 7 miles.

Some of the best things to do in Rovinj include exploring pebbly beaches, taking a well-deserved afternoon nap under the shade of pine groves, and topping up your intake of salt and sand by the sea. Wander the peaceful, vibrantly colored streets of Rovinj's Old Town before taking in the views by the picturesque harbor and ending your day with a glass of crisp white wine.
