We leave the city life of Koper (Koper, Slovenia is 5th largest city in Slovenia with unique architecture...) and head for the hills. We also do a bit of country hopping, leaving Slovenia and end up in Croatia on the top of a beautiful hillside in Buzet. This mountian area is known as the home of Istrian Truffles and the food reflects this delecacy!  We'll be riding uphill through forests and on the way to Buzet, there are beautiful vistas and a lunch stop in the ancent walled city of Groznjan.
