Join Lloyd, John and Phil for a nice lung-busting workout at Bear Mountain State Park! We will do 3-4 repeat climbs up the EXTREMELY steep Seven Lakes Parkway/Perkins Memorial Drive route. You need to be fit for this ride please. This means that your legs, lungs and heart can handle a B+ level ride. 2-12 mph uphill. 2-44.3 mph downhill.
Monday, Jul 7th 6:00 PM
Monday Night All Levels Ride Rockland Lake at 6:00 PM (note the time change due to a change in the parking fee schedule - they now stop charging by 6:00PM). Ride continues around lake others may ride outer road. Early Spring and Fall Rides may require lights near rides end. (Head light and tail lihgt).

I just learned today that Larry B. is on the injured list. He took a mean fall on some black ice the other day and is pretty beat up as a result. Larry has a chipped elbow and both knees are hurt badly.

Tonight it was JoVal, Rick, Amy, and PATH starting out. We picked up Lloyd on our way around the first time. We got in a bunch of miles and everyone had a great time.
